We already had a big dinner planned so we saved the fluke for lunch the next day. We lightly floured it and cooked it in a pan for fish tacos. Katie made a papaya salsa and we had some left over slaw. Soo good. We also caught a medium sized blue fish that I smoked and turned into a pate. The classiest of dishes to be served over ritz crackers.
