Held on the banks of the Mississippi every year, the Memphis World Championship BBQ Festival is something to behold.  I was in Memphis on business and one of our clients is on a BBQ team.  The chicken was awesome.  We didn’t get to dig into the competition ribs but we got a sampler of product.  These guys know what they are doing.
