A good friend once told me ‘if you move to the suburbs, you better be able to make the best ribs in town’. I didn’t fire up the smoker tonight but I did perfect some A&F Market ribs in the oven. The only thing that could make them better is a little smoke to finish. I am confident that I have the best ribs on the block.
Take note. 2 hours wrapped in foil at 325. Unwrap. Paprika and brown sugar with some extras sauce. Back in for 25.
