Sun came out!

Dinner at Anerican Grocery Restaurant. All local fresh etc etc insane food. My snobby New York standard was met! Smoked Trout croquettes and Cobia over puréed cauliflower and toasted grits. Sooo tasty. 

Oh and a bunch of great wine…

Made a little grilled chicken for dinner. Only exciting part of this is that I used a new marinade. It consists of italian dressing mixed with Lizano Sauce. I have been buying Lizano (Costa Rican vegetable Salsa) on Amazon for years. I usually put it on eggs.  Made for a killer marinade.
